  Normally I'm very happy with this office. However today I was extremely disappointed. The morning staff was able to move my 12pm appointment to 3pm because I wasn't able to make it (I let them know first thing in the morning). I showed up at 2:30pm for my 3pm appointment and when 3:20 rolled around I checked - the receptionist said it would be a few more minutes. Then 3:30 rolled around and she said it would be another 30 minutes. So essentially my 3pm appointment turned into a 4pm appointment. I asked why such the delay and she said they have given me another customer's cancellation slot when I called in the morning. He showed up despite cancelling and they let him have his appointment back and were planning on making me WAIT. That's not right. I was there first - he gave up his appointment and he shouldn't have been allowed to have it back. Not only that but the office staff didn't communicate any of that up front and made me wait for an hour before saying anything. I'm awarding 3 STARS because of all of the other great experiences I've had. The office staff gets 1 STAR today for the lack of customer service today. Not to mention the receptionist said it was okay that I couldn't stay for my appointment and made it sound like she was accepting MY APOLOGY. Seriously??!
