  Our first visit to the clinic was unfortunately a sad one due to the unexpected loss of our 18 year old kitty. The ENTIRE STAFF was so understanding and helpful as I had my 8 year old daughter with me and she was extremely distraught. The doctor never once suggested anything unnecessary, gave us time to decide the best course, and was supportive during those final moments. We also received a sympathy card within 48 hours which was very kind. The second visit was today, only three weeks later, with our ten year old Labrador who had been showing signs of severe arthritis, and a scare of bone cancer. Thankfully, she is fine. Again, there were lots of tests that could've been done and put a major dent in our finances, but the doctor instead sat on the floor with our girl and did a thorough exam and was able to figure out what she needed to help her in a minimally invasive way. She was very understanding to our previous visit, explained everything thoroughly, and was great with our girl!! We will continue to come here with our other dog as they are rational, thorough and truly care about the patient :)
